Located in Marsden Park, Elara is a premium residential community with open parklands, sportsfields, bike and walking tracks, schools, aged living precincts and a town centre.

Developed by Stockland, Elara will provide over 4,000 new homes in the Greater Sydney suburb. This has been a 10 year residential master planned project. Elara has enabled WEM Civil to showcase a full suite of services including demolition, remediation, bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, road and bridge construction, utility installations, landscaping, bush regeneration, and project management.
