Willowdale

Stockland, a long term partner, engaged WEM Civil for the Willowdale project in Denham Court. This has been a 10 year residential masterplan subdivision project with 4,000 lots delivered by WEM, for what is today, a flourishing residential community in the Campbelltown region.

Willowdale enabled WEM to showcase a full range of services including high-risk, complex civil engineering works. Constructed over the heritage Sydney Water supply Upper Canal and High-Pressure Gas corridors, key project features included bulk earthworks and civil works for the low and medium density housing, a sports field, shopping precinct and retirement village.
