Figtree Hill

Lendlease’s Figtree Hill, is a new master planned residential community, positioned on a 210Ha parcel of natural bushland, featuring state-of-the-art facilities, parks and open spaces with a combination of medium and high density housing.

The new master planned community will form a continuation of the ongoing growth of Sydney’s Southwest region.

WEM Civil has delivered the bulk earthworks, civil and utility packages and landscaping for the first two stages of the master planned community. Our project management team worked with stakeholders including, Leadlease and Environment NSW to successfully obtain an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP) which required regular consultation with the Environmental Protection Authority, governing bodies and the local community.
