The Aspect Industrial Estate located in Kemps Creek, is the first industrial subdivision to be constructed under the new State Government SSD (State Significant Development) legislation. Covering 55Ha of land, Mirvac nominated WEM Civil to deliver the roads and infrastructure for 9 large industrial warehouses, one of which will be the largest in the southern hemisphere covering 65,000 square metres.

As one of the first projects in the Mamre Road Precinct as part of the state government’s Western Sydney Employment Area, this project will provide high-quality industrial facilities focusing on flexibility, functionality, and sustainability, creating a market-leading industrial employment precinct for Western Sydney.
