Crucial Infrastructure Link Road at Box Hill

WEM Civil was proudly appointed as Principal Contractor by Marana Constructions and Daiwa House for The Hills of Carmel, a residential master planned project delivering over 2,000 Lots, including commercial and open spaces for the Box Hill community.

The project requirements and scale of this project has allowed WEM to showcase our expertise and key service offerings including, bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, road construction, landscaping, a three-way signalised TfNSW intersection and the construction of two multi-span pre-stressed concrete plank bridges and utility installation.

Running through the project is the Killarney Chain of Ponds, a vital local series of creeks and ponds, home to native wildlife and vegetation. WEM stabilised and enhanced this chain of ponds in its natural condition implementing a bush rehabilitation strategy.
