The Airds Bradbury Renewal Project is the redevelopment of pre-existing social housing and infrastructure. The proposed new residential development is set to become a contemporary, mixed community of social housing and private dwellings.
Since 2018, WEM Civil has been contracted by Landcom to deliver the new layout incorporating an upgrade to the existing roads, major drainage, decommissioning and relocation of the existing utilities including re-routing major Sydney Water 750mm and 2 x 600mm diameter mains, as well as 66kV Endeavour Energy feeders. WEM is also delivering a new playing field including 8.5ML ProTank for on-site detention under the field.
The new design layout will increase urban density and provide more affordable housing in the area.
