The Hills Shire Council engaged WEM Civil as the Principal Contractor to deliver Rutherford Avenue Reserve in Kellyville. The project required extensive bulk earthworks, including the import of VENM material and select organic topsoil, installation of drainage and irrigation systems, turfing, landscaping, street furniture and concrete works.
Rutherford Avenue Reserve is bound by existing residents, so site activities including deliveries were staged to ensure residents access was maintained throughout construction.
