The Kellyville Memorial Park upgrade is part of a continued effort by The Hills Shire Council to provide continual improvements to sports fields and open spaces for the community.
The extension project involved major bulk earthworks, soil removal, drainage infrastructure and retaining walls. WEM Civil completed all works in-house and managed specialist subcontractor partners for the turfing, irrigation and lighting.
