Lochinvar Ridge is a premium master planned estate conveniently positioned in Maitland’s newest growth region, Lochinvar.
WEM Civil undertook Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) with Urban Land Housing in the initial and future stages of the Lochinvar Ridge Estate to assist the design team with value engineering strategies.
WEM Civil successfully tendered the first seven stages of work on the estate, to deliver 80 Lots including a TfNSW slip lane and right hand turning lane to access the estate. WEM delivered bulk earthworks and a full suite of civil works including the installation of the utility infrastructure.
