Figtree Hill

Figtree Hill is a new masterplanned residential community developed by Lendlease Communities. Positioned on a 210Ha parcel of natural bushland, the estate will feature state-of-the-art facilities, parks and open spaces with a combination of medium and high-density housing.

Figtree Hill enabled WEM to showcase a full range of services including bulk earthworks, civil and landscaping packages for the low and medium density housing. The new masterplanned community will form a continuation of the ongoing growth of Sydney’s Southwest region.
