Amazon – Oakdale West

The Amazon Fulfilment Centre is the largest fulfilment centre built in Australia to date. Spanning 200,000 square metres across five floors, the centre is located in Kemps Creek adjacent to the developing Western Sydney Aerotropolis precinct.

WEM Civil was engaged to deliver the on-lot construction works, this included storm water drainage, retaining walls, site leveling and road base installations for the warehouse slabs and a 1,200-space car park. Works were delivered under an SSD approval and required strict management and compliance.
