Scope of Work
Our team is typically engaged to provide the following services when delivering on industrial projects:
Early Contractor Involvement
Includes aiding in the development and implementation of Construction Environmental Management Plans, engineering solutions for construction designs and construction techniques and alternatives.
Internal Pavement Construction
Includes heavy duty pavement construction, hardstands and Transport for NSW (TfNSW) pavement works.
Bulk Earthworks
Includes all types of excavation works, managing vehicles for large volumes and cut to fill in all classes.
Topsoil Management
Includes topsoil blending and reuse as well as improvement strategies such as amelioration.
Infrastructure Works
Enables the large infrastructure works often required by large subdivisions such as bridge construction, signalised intersections, roundabout construction, road duplication and installation of arterial roads.
On Lot Works
Includes warehouse trimming, carpark installation, utility installation and stormwater management works.
Utility Works
Includes the coordination of sewer water, electrical, communications and gas installation specifically for estate services.
Water and Environmental Treatment Structures
Includes the construction of complex bio retention systems that manage onsite stormwater and overland flow paths through environmentally sensitive areas.
Retaining Wall Construction
Includes the design and construction on a range of retained soil solutions to meet specified loads and constraints.
Estate Softscape and Hardscape Works
Includes feature landscaping that incorporates large entry trees, unique fencing requirements and the design and installation of irrigation systems for the management of onsite stormwater harvesting.
