Managing Risk Where It Matters Most

We work in high-risk environments every day, and our Critical Risk Essentials are in place to make sure we manage those risks the right way. Whether it’s excavation, lifting, or working high-traffic areas, we have the systems in place to identify hazards, assess the risk, put controls in place, and make sure the project is being completed safety.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Our teams review controls regularly, apply lessons learned from other projects, and adjust plans based on real site conditions. We stay ahead by staying involved and staying accountable.

Giving Our People the Skills and Support They Need

At WEM, we back our people with the right training and support to work safely and confidently. We start with strong inductions, practical training, and regular refreshers. From first aid to emergency response, our people are equipped to deal with the challenges of civil construction.
