Supporting the Next Generation at Bradfield Community Day

WEM Civil is proud to be part of a history-making project – the Bradfield City Centre Australia’s first major city to be built in over 100 years. Appointed by NSW Public Works and the Bradfield Development Authority, we’re helping lay the foundations for a future-focused city that will drive innovation, opportunity and connection.

Recently, we joined the local community in celebrating Bradfield Community Day – a free event designed to give residents a glimpse into what’s taking shape in Sydney’s west.

As a proud Community Day sponsor, WEM Civil brought our passion for construction and community to life by supporting the Junior Tradies zone, where kids could get hands-on with mini machines and construction-themed activities. It was a great opportunity to spark curiosity and inspire the next generation of engineers, operators, and project managers.

We also had the chance to speak with locals about career opportunities at WEM and share how beyond building communities, we also build careers, teams and futures.

We’re excited to continue our work at Bradfield and support the communities we help shape, from the ground up.
